DURAPOWER INACTIVE SULFUR CUTTING OIL is excellent general-purpose cutting oils with outstanding lubricating properties. It is manufactured from paraffinic base oils and contain an inactive sulfurized fatty ester lubricity and extreme pressure additive.

 ADVANTAGES :

 TYPICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

The above characteristics are average values based on recent production. Minor variations which do not affect product performance are to be expected in normal manufacture.

PACKING: 18 liters, 200 liters steel or plastic drum.

 APPLICATION:

DURAPOWER INACTIVE SULFUR CUTTING OIL is recommended for metal removal, metal forming and slideway applications on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This oil is non-corrosive to copper ,brass, aluminum and its alloys. Its low viscosity provides good cooling properties and adequate flushing of chips for machining of magnesium (Note: oil emulsion in water should not be used for the machining of magnesium due to the vigorous reaction between water and magnesium at high temperature).
In metal removal operations, it provides lubricity and extreme pressure characteristics and imparts good surface finishes to the machined part.
In slideway applications, it provide the necessary friction modification.

 SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT:

Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact with all used motor oil. Thoroughly wash exposed areas with soap and water. Do not discharge used engine oils into drains.
